YourArtGallery.com is committed to providing exceptional art production for every order. Whether a single print or a framed gallery collection, every piece of Your Art gets the individualized care it deserves.
SHIPPING & TRACKING:
YourArtGallery.com works exclusively with legendary lab Duggal Visual Solutions and manages every order in its entirety. In most instances, you can expect the full order to be shipped the same day, based on the furthest estimated completion date
You are responsible for all shipping costs, calculated on an actual cost basis. YourArtGallery.com staff recognizes individual unframed prints do not take as long to produce as framed or mounted art. If it is not required that all art arrives at approximately the same time, or to benefit from having print-onlyonly orders arrive earlier, please consider separate orders or simply contact YourArtGallery.com customer service to assist with an existing order.
For larger orders, purchases will arrive in multiple packages. Oversized orders may be packaged and shipped specifically for and arrive via freight service. Orders are shipped to residential or business addresses, allowing for confirmation of receipt. You will be alerted via e-mail as your order ships and a tracking number and link will be included.
YourArtGallery.com ships by FedEx globally and purchases are securely packed specifically for your order using FedEx approved packaging. YourArtGallery.com provides three shipping options for US domestic orders; all shipping times are estimated as provided by FedEx. 1.) FedEx Priority Overnight Standard – next day transit delivery 2.) FedEx 2 Day – second-day transit delivery, 3.) FedEx Ground – 4 to 6-day transit delivery. For shipments outside the US, YourArtGallery.com provides FedEx International Economy Service – 3 to 6-day transit delivery. In uncommon cases of oversized or custom orders, buyers will be contacted for freight shipping options.
Purchases will be eligible for returns due to quality-related issues, damage occurring prior to or during shipping, or loss during shipping. If your purchase is damaged or lost due to shipping or error in production, YourArtGallery.com must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Simply email Orders@YourArtGallery.com for full instructions.
Once the claim is received, YourArtGallery.com will respond if it is necessary for damaged or defective items to be return shipped. Upon claim review, YourArtGallery.com will reproduce the damaged portion of your order or provide a refund for the production and shipping of any damaged portion of your order.
If there are quality-related issues with your order, you must notify YourArtGallery.com in writing within 7 days of delivery. Such notification must specify in detail the quality-related issue you believe has occurred. YourArtGallery.com will review the issue and issue a refund where the quality issue is not due to adjustment and is not de minimis (minor). YourArtGallery.com has the sole discretion to determine whether a quality-related issue is de minimis.
The YourArtGallery.com agreement with photographic artists, who provide our outstanding selection of photographic art, allows reproduction of their images to fulfill in any case of damage or defect but DOES NOT reimburse image right fees if the buyer chooses to be refunded and not to have damaged art replaced. By purchasing art with YourArtGallery.com the buyer recognizes and honors the non-reimbursable or transferable rights fees.
